Privacy Information

This page explains the information used by the Merchfuel website, client application and newsletter request forms. Updated October 9, 2026.

Client applications and accounts

When you apply for a client account, we collect the contact and business details you enter, including your name, email address, company name, website, how you heard about us and an optional company address. Memberstack handles your account credentials and sign-in. Our team reviews applications before granting access to client pricing and resources.

Newsletter requests

The newsletter form sends your email address to our team through Webflow. We review requests and manually add subscribers to Constant Contact. The optional newsletter choice on the client application is separate from client approval. You can use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or contact greetings@merchfuel.com about your preferences.

Website services

Webflow hosts this website and receives newsletter form submissions. Memberstack provides account registration, authentication, access controls and website activity reporting. hCaptcha helps protect registration from automated signups. Box hosts downloadable resources. Constant Contact supports newsletter delivery, and Google Workspace supports our business email. If you choose Google sign-in, Google also participates in that sign-in process.

Cookies and website activity

The site and its service providers use browser storage and technical information to maintain sign-in sessions, operate forms, protect accounts and report website activity. Memberstack activity reporting is enabled. External services may process technical information when their features load or when you open their links.

Questions about your information

Email greetings@merchfuel.com with questions about your account information, newsletter preferences, retention, corrections or deletion requests. Please identify the email address associated with your account or request. Do not send passwords or payment details by email.
